just wanted to wish you all a happy new year! the house is quiet, some of us are still in bed. we have not recovered from our late night new years eve fun. which included relatively harmless things like making chocolate pancakes with whipped cream at 1:00 in the morning. or is it still night if you haven't gone to bed yet?

Such a beautiful view! I'm thinking, "all is calm, all is bright." I haven't officially made any resolutions for the new year, except I want to do at least one big thing that scares me! Happy New Year!
